The EASIEST New England Clam Boil

Ever have a day where you just feel like seafood? Well welcome to my life. Growing up on the East coast has its perks. One of them being the availability of seafood ALL YEAR ROUND. I love all different types of seafood, except clams. My husband however, is obsessed with them! He could eat seafood all day everyday, breakfast lunch and dinner. Well… maybe not breakfast (We rarely eat breakfast). Anyway, he is always in the mood for clam boils… like year round in the middle of the freezing cold winter. Yup you got it that’s him. He is drawn to the summer “clam boil”  with warm butter for dipping along with all the yummy sides that go with it. And me being the awesome wife that I am, chef it up pretty easily with just a few ingredients we always seem to have in our house, or that isn’t too far out of the way to go buy.

So here is our take on the easiest New England clam boil. Enjoy!
